Have a Safe and Happy Independence Day in Albuquerque!

If you’re looking for a way to enjoy a huge fireworks display this Saturday and you live in Albuquerque and the surrounding are, you’re in luck. The City of Albuquerque originally canceled the popular annual Freedom Fourth fireworks show at Balloon Fiesta Park, citing coronavirus restrictions. But no worries, as now there will now be four displays throughout the city of Albuquerque! Now we can all watch from the safety of home!

Fireworks displays will launch from the Ladera Golf Course, North Domingo Baca Park, Tom Tenorio Park and Expo New Mexico on Saturday.

Weather permitting, the show will begin at 9:20 p.m.

The city is discouraging you from gathering near the four sites, and instead urging you to watch from home. Local law enforcement will monitor each site to restrict street parking in the area.

If you don’t live in the Albuquerque city limits, you may be able to enjoy these following shows.
